給料機(jī)使用前須檢查各運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分、膠帶搭扣和承載裝置是否正常，防護(hù)設(shè)備是否齊全。膠帶的漲緊度須在啟動(dòng)前調(diào)整到合適的程度。
皮帶給料機(jī)應(yīng)空載啟動(dòng)。等運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后方可入料。禁止先入料后開(kāi)車。
有數(shù)臺(tái)給料機(jī)串聯(lián)運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)從卸料端開(kāi)始，順序起動(dòng)。全部正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，方可入料。
運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)膠帶跑偏現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)停車調(diào)整，不得勉強(qiáng)使用，以免磨損邊緣和增加負(fù)荷。
工作環(huán)境及被送物料溫度不得高于50℃和低于-10℃。不得輸送具有酸堿性油類和有機(jī)溶劑成份的物料。
輸送帶上禁止行人或乘人。
停車前必須先停止入料，等皮帶上存料卸盡方可停車。
